The man accused of a fatal stabbing of another man following an altercation at the Capitol Hill light rail station in Seattle was charged with murder. Shawn Patrick Moore, 26, is facing one count of second-degree murder and one count of intimidating a witness. He is being held on a $3 million bail. According to court documents, the fight started because Moore didn't like the way the victim "brushed by him when walking down the escalator" at the light rail station.
