Description
All lanes of southbound Interstate 5 reopened in Everett after fully shutting down for a police investigation Wednesday.
The roadway was completely closed for about an hour.
Lanes were shut down between Marine View Drive and 41st Street, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Kelsey Harding.
