In neighborhoods around Sumner, residents are cleaning up remnants of a crime spree. Early Monday morning, around a dozen vehicles, including the patrol vehicle of a Pierce County Sheriff's deputy, were broken into and their windows smashed, according to the Sumner Police Department. Police said the break-ins all happened within the span of one hour. Investigators believe four to six juveniles are responsible.
