Description

The man accused of killing his 8-month-old son in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood was charged Monday. Dion Lamont Montgomery, 35, is accused of shooting the infant in the head and then firing shots at strangers at random while he fled the scene on May 8. Montgomery is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
