A child was shot and killed on Wednesday night in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD). Two people are in custody and being interviewed by police, however the circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. Police responded to reports of a shooting near the 3000 block of 21st Avenue West around 6:30 p.m. At the scene, a mother told police that her child had been shot.
