A 2-year-old boy shot outside a Federal Way IHOP on Thursday has died, according to the Federal Way Police Department. Federal Way police said officers responded to a shooting call outside the location off Southwest Campus Drive. A few minutes later, police said the boy was brought into the hospital with a gunshot wound. The boy was transported to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition, where the child later died.
