The son of former Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn was charged for possessing and distributing child pornography on April 2. Jack Francis Lynch McGinn faces one count of dealing in depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree and possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct in the first degree. McGinn will be arraigned April 15 in King County Superior Court.
