Description

The Washington State Patrol (WSP) said Sunday the deaths of two 16-year-old boys found shot to death along Interstate 5 in Seattle on Thursday night and early Friday morning are connected. Trooper Rick Johnson said Sunday the WSP determined the deaths were related after interviewing the victim's families. One teen was found in a ditch near the freeway on the ramp near North 85th Street and I-5. The second teen was found about half a mile away.
