Multiple sheriff's offices in western Washington are searching for a man wanted for murder, burglary and theft. The suspect, 31-year-old James Kelly of Concrete, is considered armed and dangerous. According to the Skagit County Sheriff's Office, Kelly has been on the run from law enforcement since December of 2023. Kelly is a suspect in the homicide of 44-year-old Justin Spaeth, who was reported missing around Feb. 28. Spaeth was last seen in the 60000 block of Rockport Cascade Road in Marblemount. Officials do not believe the killing was random, as Kelly and Spaeth knew each other.
