Part of a vehicle hung off of Interstate 5 in downtown Seattle after an accident sent the car partially over the concrete barrier Monday morning. The accident is blocking three lanes of southbound I-5 south of the Mercer Street exit. At least one person was injured, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson. The accident has prompted a large response from law enforcement, medical and traffic personnel.
