However, the court granted his request to hide the contents of his motion. On Feb. 8, attorneys representing Bryan Kohberger asked the Idaho Supreme Court to appeal Latah County District Court Judge John Judge's decision not to toss Kohberger's grand jury indictment in the quadruple murder case.
