A Bellingham bakery cafe damaged by a car that slammed through its front doors reopened on Thursday morning, just days after the collision. Slice of Heaven Bakery & Cafe said a car crashed into its patio area and the bakery just after midnight on Monday. According to the bakery, no one was seriously injured including the driver. The bakery said the collision destroyed a large part of a wall, along with most of the furnishing inside the lobby.
