A 12-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy were arrested after allegedly stealing a car from a driver at gunpoint before leading Seattle police on a chase Feb. 13. Police officers were in the area of Aurora Avenue North and North 88th Street near the Greenwood neighborhood for reports of two boys walking around with a handgun when they were sent to a nearby carjacking.
