The former CEO of Seattle Humane was identified as the man involved in a murder-suicide in North Bend on Jan. 31. The King County Medical Examiner's Office identified the two people found as Judy Loewe and David Loewe, the former CEO, both of whom were 60 years old. Additional details were been revealed in a North Bend death investigation, with police saying one of the bodies was found in a large freezer.
