A South Kitsap elementary school is "saddened" and "frustrated" after a play structure was destroyed over the weekend. The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office is investigating arson and vandalism after playground equipment was severely damaged at Burley Glenwood Elementary School on Jan. 20. The South Kitsap School District (SKSD) said this is the second time on this campus in Port Orchard that playground equipment was damaged.
