A North Seattle breakfast staple closed its doors at one of its two locations this week, with the other expected to close in the future. Patty's Eggnest, a locally owned and family-operated diner, known for its giant scrambles and Swedish pancakes, abruptly closed its Holman Road location in Crown Hill this week. The owner of the location told KING 5 that the closure is permanent and that a Pilates studio will take over.
