Officers with the Fife Police Department shot at a murder suspect before arresting him Thursday afternoon. According to FPD Chief Pete Fisher, officers learned that the man wanted in connection to a fatal September shooting was at a Kent hotel. A warrant was issued Nov. 21 for the arrest of Andrew Lautogia Fonoti, 28, in the death of Rudolph King III, 23, an active-duty commissioned officer with the Army National Guard.
