A Bellevue Police Department officer shot and killed a person on Tuesday night outside of the LA Fitness gym, according to a news release. Around 6:35 p.m., officers responded to the parking lot of the Kelsey Creek Shopping Center near the 14900 block of Main Street in Bellevue, police said in a news release. The department did not initially provide any information about the circumstances of the event or what led up to the shooting.
