The three teens who escaped from Echo Glen Children's Center on Nov. 26 were charged Wednesday. The two 16-year-olds and 17-year-old all face a charge of escape in the first degree. Drayton Miller, 16, was charged as an adult due to his criminal history. It was the fourth reported escape at the juvenile detention facility in the past two years.
