Dogs are still missing after a fire tore through a doggy daycare in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood on Monday. Now, owners of these dogs are sounding off as they continue to look for their pets. "I don't know if I'll ever get a dog. When you give it to someone and they kill it. And they're supposed to be taking care of it,” said Allison Scarborough.
