The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board discovered illegal THC and other unidentifiable items in a Seattle tobacco shop. According to the LCB, the investigation started as a complaint about the store, Trichome, in the Chinatown International District. The LCB says most of their investigations come from complaints. Investigators with the LCB found much more than what's allowed in Trichome's cigarette, tobacco and vapor license.
