Bryan Kohberger, who is accused of murdering four University of Idaho students last November, will be back in court this week for two hearings to dismiss his grand jury indictment. The hearings were originally scheduled for last month but were pushed back to Thursday, Oct. 26. The first hearing at 9:30 a.m. is sealed and will be closed to the public. The second hearing at 1 p.m. will be open to the public. Both will address the motion filed by Kohberger and his attorneys to dismiss his grand jury indictment that occurred in May.
