Two shootings were reported just minutes apart in Ballard Thursday afternoon, leaving one person dead and three others injured. Officers with the Seattle Police Department confirmed the shootings are connected. One shooting happened at 8400 Seaview Place Northwest, near Golden Gardens Park. A man in his 40s was declared dead at the scene while a man in his 20s was taken to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition, according to Seattle Fire.
