Neighbors who live outside of the city limits of Bremerton gave public comment at a city council meeting on Wednesday night, raising concerns that a proposal could change the landscape of where they live. Near Rozewood Estates, Kathie Lustig has been putting neighbors on notice. "I printed up 200 flyers and started pounding the pavement, handing it out,” said Lustig. She did that after learning about nearby development plans for 189 homes. The City of Bremerton has a proposal from a property owner outside of city limits, requesting city sewer service.
