A 10-year-old girl was found safe Monday after she was reported missing in Kittitas County on Sunday afternoon. The girl was found by a ground search team near Hyas Lake about a mile and a half from where she disappeared, according to the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. The girl was found on the west side of the Cle Elum River and was then boated to the east side to be reunited with her family. Search and rescue crews are working on getting the girl out of the woods. She has minor injuries and is being evacuated to receive medical attention.
