Snoqualmie Pass Fire and Rescue responds to all kinds of calls with their area being popular for skiing, hiking, and water sports. Fire Chief Jay Wiseman said there are increased hazards this weekend with the quick switch from winter to summer weather. “When we have weather anomalies like we're having, where it's warmed up so fast, it certainly creates additional hazards,” said Chief Jay Wiseman with Snoqualmie Pass Fire and Rescue. He is asking people to understand the risks and to be prepared when they come into the mountains.
