Rachel Daniels, DishedByRachel, knows how to light up the room. She just shows up with one of her signature charcuterie boards or even a grazing table.
Daniels shows Amity how to make a salami rose and a salami river.
She says one tip is not to put out huge chunks of cheese. She says to cut them up into smaller, less intimidating pieces that people will feel comfortable digging in.
