All lanes of state Route 410 are back open after being shut down near Enumclaw after a fatal head-on collision Friday afternoon. The crash occurred just before 3 p.m. just west of Mud Mountain Road at milepost 38, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation. The road reopened shortly before 6 p.m. Two people died and one person sustained life-threatening injuries in the head-on crash, according to Valley Regional Fire.
