Leticia Martinez was last seen alive with Brett Gitchel at a Mariners game. Now, Gitchel is in custody for allegedly kidnapping and attempting to strangle her son. Gitchel did not appear in court Friday and bail was not addressed. He remains in King County Jail. He then refused to appear in court for the second day in a row on Saturday for the bond hearing.
