A proposed bill making its way through Olympia will create more help for trafficking survivors -- and the measure is survivor led. Jeri Moomaw escaped exploitation 24 years ago and dedicates her life to helping other survivors. “I’m a survivor of child sex trafficking and the adult commercial sex industry.
