Westbound Highway 2 just east of Interstate 5 in Everett remains partially blocked due to a vehicle that caught fire, according to Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). WSDOT says drivers should expect "significant delays" in the area due to the incident. Both lanes were blocked for less than an hour.
