"Someone indicted for rape and sent to trial for sexual assault is still, to this day, unable to define what sexual assault is," decries Claude Vincent, the lawyer representing one of the two plaintiffs in the trial of Gérard Depardieu for sexual assaults during the filming of Jean Becker's "Les Volets verts" film. On the third day of Depardieu's trial for sexual assault, the actor and Sarah, one of the two plaintiffs, gave different accounts of their experiences before the Paris Criminal Court, with Depardieu denying having touched her and Sarah recalling "his hand on (her) buttocks."
