"That Gérard Depardieu used very bawdy, crude, even vulgar language in some cases, we do not dispute that. But that is not sexual assault," asserts his lawyer, Jérémie Assous, on the third day of the actor’s trial for sexual assault during the filming of the "Les Volets verts" film by Jean Becker. On the third day of Depardieu's trial for sexual assault, the actor and Sarah, one of the two plaintiffs, gave different accounts of their experiences before the Paris Criminal Court, with Depardieu denying having touched her and Sarah recalling "his hand on (her) buttocks."
