Ukraine negotiator and deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential administration Igor Zhovkva says Ukraine is ready "in all domains" for a "comprehensive ceasefire," but that "the Russian side was completely not ready to discuss these things." French President Emmanuel Macron has said that European military forces could be sent to Ukraine if a peace accord is signed, to guarantee "respect" of a peace deal.
