Residents of Puerto Pailas, near the Bolivian city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, deal with flooding after the Cotoca River overflowed its banks.
Bolivia's government decreed a state of emergency to deal with floods caused by torrential rains blamed for 51 deaths since November.
