Musa Akyol has been waiting for hours outside an Istanbul prison, with no news of his 21-year-old son, arrested Sunday evening for taking part in the protests sweeping Turkey. Defying a ban on gatherings, tens of thousands of people protested every night outside Istanbul's municipal government on a scale not seen since the massive Gezi protests of 2013.
