Description
The train service between Paris and Milan resumes after a 19-month suspension following a landslide in the Maurienne Valley, in the French Alps. It was a "festive" day for the group of shopkeepers in the town of Modane, who were present at the station to welcome the first passengers and witness the "return of life" with the arrival of the first trains.
