Workers on the outskirts of Mandalay, Myanmar's second-largest city and one of those worst-hit by Friday's earthquake, carry bodies to a crematorium. The country has seen the 7.7-magnitude quake's death toll climb to more than 2,000, with hopes fading for those still trapped in the rubble of collapsed buildings.
