EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas meets with the foreign ministers of France (Jean-Noel Barrot), the United Kingdom (David Lammy), Spain (Jose Manuel Albares) and Poland (Radoslaw Sikorski), as well as representatives from the German, Italian, and Ukrainian governments, in Madrid to discuss possible solutions to the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, and methods of ensuring security in Europe.
