Hungary says it will quit the International Criminal Court, just as Prime Minister Viktor Orban hosts his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu, whom the tribunal has accused of war crimes in Gaza. The ICC is "no longer a court based on the rule of law, it is a political court," says Orban. "This has been shown most clearly by the decisions on Israel."
