Argentinians express mixed views on the IMF's approval of a new four-year $20 billion bailout. Some are skeptical, calling the country's relationship with the lender historically "problematic," while others see no alternative to cover the deficit. "The $20 billion, a significant amount, won't be used for anything but putting out the fire [...] stopping the bleeding of Central Bank reserves," says historian Felipe Pigna.
