Smoke rises and people run for cover after the Israeli army struck Gaza's Deir el-Balah municipality building, where the military contacted residents of the area and instructed them to evacuate, some 45 minutes before the strike. "The [Israeli] army called my neighbour's mobile phone, and I spoke with them. They instructed us to evacuate the entire area," says one man who appears to be talking to the army on the phone.
