Description
A torrent of heavy rain from severe storms overnight caused the Little Pigeon River to roar, causing some flooding in Sevier County on Thursday in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The West Prong ran over and flooded the Sevierville City Park. (Video: Virginia Sutton)
