Audio obtained by NPR Congressional Correspondent Claudia Grisales captured the moment with former speaker McCarthy as she was interviewing Burchett on Tuesday. Burchett said McCarthy elbowed him before he chased him down to confront him, calling him a "jerk" at the time.
