HSI agents in San Diego were knocking on doors in search of children who entered the country as unaccompanied minors. These children do not have deportation orders, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security claimed that they were conducting welfare checks. A local immigration attorney believes agents may be using the children to locate relatives.
