Fort Worth police and firefighters were responding to a downed plane in Eagle Mountain Lake on October 7, 2024.
Helicopter footage shows the white-and-red plane floating in the lake. The Fort Worth Fire Department reported a drowning at the lake at about 12:47 p.m. off 11000 Lakeside Drive, but more details weren't yet released.
