Three people were shot in downtown Dallas Thursday afternoon, police confirmed to WFAA. A Dallas police spokesperson said police were called about the shooting in the 1800 block of Commerce Street downtown shortly after noon. The three people who were shot were hospitalized in unknown condition, according to police.
