Investigators are working to find out exactly what happened at a Katy-area home on Wednesday morning that left a man in critical condition. It happened at a house on Blackhaw Blossom Lane, which is in a neighborhood just west of the Grand Parkway and north of Freeman Road. Harris County Sheriff's Office Major Ben Katrib said they got the call around 9 a.m. from a man who said his neighbor had been shot, possibly by his wife.
