A 24-year-old Houston man, Antoine Ridge, was arrested and charged last week for a fatal shooting inside a Katy-area McDonald's that left a 61-year-old customer dead. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced Monday the arrest of a second suspect, Paul Whitley, in connection with the same incident. According to court documents, Ridge is accused of shooting Jorge Arbaiza, who was reportedly picking up Happy Meals for his grandchildren when shots rang out. Prosecutors said Ridge fired three shots, resulting in Arbaiza's death.
