Current Houston Mayor John Whitmire announced Sylvester Turner's passing Wednesday morning. Congressman Turner as a former mayor of Houston. He was present at Pres. Trump's address to the joint session of Congress Tuesday night and died at his home in Washington D.C. early Wednesday.
